I am a young electronic engineer who graduated from Durham University last summer. Since then I have been working as an electronics engineer, however my work is broad at the moment. I have recently realised that my dream job is to design guitar effect pedals. I have made a number of pedals in my free time but for the most part I have been following schematics that I’ve found online.
Would you be able to advise me on what I can do in my free time in order to better my chance at getting a job with a company like yours when I’m ready to move on? I have desperately been searching for books that can explain how to generate various effects with various components, but I am unsure which to by and which would help.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards
    Finn Cormack
