It’s been another busy year at Origin Effects HQ here in the heart of the English countryside as we’ve seen the demand for studio-grade compressors sky-rocket as well as a frenzy of orders for our RevivalDRIVE series. We’re really proud to announce that we have now produced over ten thousand Cali76 Compact Deluxe compressor pedals.
When we launched the Cali76 back in 2012, it was, and still is, like nothing else on the market. With its strong bespoke enclosure, studio-grade circuitry and astonishingly transparent sound, the Cali76 broke the mould in every department.
The Cali76-CD is widely regarded as the gold standard for effects pedal compression and we’ve been very busy hand-building them since their 2015 release. It’s a remarkable achievement for a small British company and shows how players worldwide have embraced Origin’s no-compromise approach to tone.
