WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Origin Effects we want you to have a long and happy relationship with your pedal, so we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. You can extend this warranty to 4 years by registering your product here.

Please note the warranty is not transferable and only valid for the original owner. To access a warranty repair you will require a receipt showing the date of purchase.

When returning a product for warranty repair you are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product to Origin Effects. We will cover the costs to return the product back to you.

If your product is no longer covered by warranty, we offer a fixed price repair service. Contact our support team for more information using the form at the bottom of this page.

What to do if you suspect a fault

For products purchased from a dealer please contact the dealer directly to arrange a warranty repair.

If the product was purchased directly from Origin Effects please complete the Returns Request form at the bottom of this page and one of our support team will contact you with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Under no circumstances should you return your pedal to Origin Effects before we have issued an RMA number.

How do I find my pedal's serial number?

Your pedal's serial number can be found either on the original box or, on the pedal front panel next to the footswitch.

Limits of Liability

If the item of Goods in question is no longer available Origin Effects shall use reasonable commercial efforts to provide a suitable alternative and the Purchaser shall be bound to accept this.

Normal wear and tear and parts of an expendable nature are not covered.

Damage resulting from or aggravated by negligence, failure to follow correct operating procedures, misuse, or unauthorised modifications, or the fitting of non-original parts by the Purchaser or its agents is excluded.

In no circumstances whatsoever shall Origin Effects’ liability extend beyond repairing or replacing the actual items of Origin Effects’ manufacture. The Purchaser shall be liable for the cost of removal shipment of Goods.
